Enter Trips
- Plan trips using up to 40 stops
- Enter up to 40 fuel purchases for a trip
- Have loaded and empty markers for each leg of the trip as well as per-mile fees
- Enter leg comments
- Fully customizable options that are unique for your account, including highway road speeds, routing method, and more
- Enter Fuel Optimization options and potentially save thousands of dollars a year on fuel purchases
- Save up to 50 trips for recall and recalculating
Generate a Full Report
- The full report lists every detail of your trip on one convenient page for emailing or printing
- Customize the report to only include those elements you want to have on it.
- Change any options, such as itinerary or fuel optimization, directly from the Full Report page and it will refresh to reflect your changes
Generate a Comprehensive Route
- ProMilesOnline generates a comprehensive route, listing direction, stops, locations and more
- In partnership with the Weather Channel, you can click on any of your stops to get a weather forecast for the area
- You can email this page to yourself or your drivers for use as driving directions
Generate a State Breakout, Fuel Purchase Summary and Tax Summary
- When a trip is submitted, ProMilesOnline automatically generates a breakout of state miles for fuel tax purposes, including toll and non-toll miles
- ProMilesOnline automatically generates a Tax Summary report that figures up mile taxes for the trip
- If you entered Fuel Purchases, a summary of those will be listed, as well
- If you also subscribe to FuelTaxOnline, you can submit any trips generated in ProMilesOnline to FuelTaxOnline. This allows you to seamlessly use both tools together to plan trips and do fuel taxes
Use A Detailed Map
- ProMilesOnline has a fully functional map that can be zoomed and panned
- Enter a location and ProMilesOnline will zoom into it on the map
- Frame your trip at any time on the map so that only those parts of the map that deal with your trip are shown
- Truck Stops chosen by Fuel Optimization are shown on the map
Generate an Itinerary
- ProMilesOnline automatically generates a detailed itinerary that includes dates, times, stops, and DOT rests
- You can customize the itinerary to make it fit your schedule
- You can email the itinerary to yourself or your drivers
Run Fuel Optimization
- Fuel optimization on your trip, using up-to-date price data, is automatically run when you submit a trip
- Fuel optimization options are very configurable, allowing you to enter a truck's MPG, tank capacity, etc. as well has have ProMilesOnline look for truck stops with certain amenities
- ProMilesOnline gives you a purchase list for your route as well as an estimate of how much you will save
- You can also generate a list of all truck stops along the route
Miscellaneous
- Improved application interface make it like an "application" with pop-up dialogue boxes instead of constant page switching
- Email it! You can email any of the report pages
- Automatic location database updates and improvements
