1st Quarter 2010 Fuel Tax Update

There are currently seven (7) different versions of ProMiles Fuel Tax. Each of the following fuel tax quarterly updates must be downloaded FOR THE CORRECT VERSION or your program WILL BECOME DISABLED

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHICH VERSION YOU HAVE:
Carefully read the information for each to determine which version of Fuel Tax you currently have installed

FuelTax Version 14

ProMiles XF Kingpin is almost identical to previous versions with two rows of program tabs, but displays the ProMiles XF Kingpin Splash Screen at program startup (see below). Make sure to check for Version 14, located in the Help -> About screen!

FuelTax Kingpin Edition Version

ProMiles XF Kingpin Edition is almost identical to previous versions with two rows of program tabs, but displays the Kingpin Edition Splash Screen at program startup (see below). Make sure to check for Version 13, located in the Help -> About screen!

FuelTax Version 12

ProMiles XF V.12 Fuel Tax is almost identical to Versions 9-11 with two rows of program tabs, but displays the ProMiles XF® Logo on a blue splash screen (see below). Make sure to check for version 12 located in the Help -> About screen!

FuelTax Version 9

ProMiles XF V.9 Fuel Tax was the first version to be integrated into the XF Package. Version 9 (and later) Fuel Tax modules have two rows of program tabs, and displays the ProMiles XF Logo on the splash screen (see below).

FuelTax Standalone Version (32-bit Fuel Tax)

The stand-alone version of ProMiles Fuel Tax (also known as "32-bit Fuel Tax") has a single row of gray tabs and a photo of a truck on the program splash screen (see below).

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• The 1st Quarter 2010 Update includes: Finalized tax rates and updates from 2001 through 4th Quarter 2009 and non-final 1st Quarter 2010 tax rates
• You can now print Fuel (IFTA) and Mile tax reports for 4th Quarter 2009 and enter trips for 1st Quarter 2010
• 1st Quarter 2010 final rates will be released in April 2010
