software application is available for download from the company's
website as well as ready for distribution at the Mid-America
Trucking Show in Louisville. "Bigger and better than ever," was
the short answer from Stroncheck on what features had been added
to the program. "While the Version 10 database contains new
information including 2004 ZIP codes, new road restrictions, new
construction and other items, the major difference to the user is
in increased functionality. More ways to enter locations and more
options in adding custom locations than ever before is just the
beginning of the features added for this release."
Users will also be able to benefit from enhanced rating options,
city lookup options, increased availability of default options,
improved toolbar functionality, and more. ProMiles® XF™ has also
augmented the information that can be viewed via their maps by
adding such things as custom user locations, updated rest &
parking areas & TripPak locations in addition to previous options
such as displaying specific truck stop chains, editing the color
scheme, state weigh scales and fuel purchase optimization results.
